BOTOX® | Dysport® | Fillers™ | Kybella™
Botox® injections are the most commonly performed cosmetic procedure used in Vail and Aspen to reduce or eliminate the appearance of facial wrinkles through minimally invasive injections. These injections are made from botulinum toxin A, a therapeutic muscle-relaxing agent approved by the FDA for several different uses. When injected into the skin, it can block the nerve muscles that are responsible for the repetitive actions that cause fine lines and wrinkles, smoothing them away for a younger and more refreshed appearance.
After treatment, the appearance of your wrinkles begins to improve within 24 hours, with full results developing gradually over the next five days. Most patients achieve their desired results after just one injection, although additional treatment sessions may be required in the future. The results of Botox injections typically last up to four months, with some patients reporting results lasting up to a full year.
Dysport is an FDA-approved, prescription injection for the treatment of moderate to severe frown lines between in adults.
Neuromodulators such as Botox® and Dysport® are used to reduce or even eliminate the lines on the forehead, between the eyebrows and around the eyes, by relaxing the muscles responsible for the development of static and dynamic lines or wrinkles.
After treatment, the muscles gradually become relaxed allowing the overlying skin to appear smooth and unwrinkled. Ask your provider which neuromodulator is right for you.
Juvéderm® Injectable Gel is a safe, effective gel that restores volume to the skin and smoothes away moderate to severe facial wrinkles and folds. JUVÉDERM VOLLURE™ XC is an FDA-approved filler created to treat the area around the mouth. Vollure softens moderate to severe parentheses lines and wrinkles by adding volume to the lines and wrinkles around your nose and mouth to produce subtle and long-lasting results for up to 18 months. This is the first filler proven to last up to 18 months.
Juvéderm Voluma™ is an FDA-approved dermal filler formulated specifically to add volume to the face around the cheeks and chin. This is the only injectable gel created to provide a subtle, natural enhancement to the mid-face, addressing changes in definition that occur over time. Juvéderm Voluma can help restore more youthful contours by plumping up the area that so often loses volume as part of the aging process. It can also return a firmer shape to the jaw line when some softening has set in.
The active ingredient in Juvéderm Voluma is hyaluronic acid (HA), which is a substance naturally produced within the skin. As we get older, the levels of HA present in the skin begin to decline, resulting in a loss of volume and sunken or sagging cheeks. Juvéderm Voluma integrates into the existing collagen and elastin in the skin tissue to offer greater support and elasticity. This can provide a noticeable smoothing and firming to the skin and lend the facial structure more substantial definition.
